House Speaker John Boehner held his weekly legislative press briefing Thursday. Speaking to reporters he said that time is running short on pay roll tax cut issue and claimed that Senate Democrats and Pres. Obama are blocking legislative progress.
Speaker Boehner was joined by House Majority Leader Eric Cantor also spoke about the congressional insider trading bill which passed in the House on Thursday morning by a vote of 417-2.
