CIA Director David Petraeus was among the speakers addressing The Reserve Officers Association (ROA) National Security Symposium Monday morning. He was joined by Michele Flournoy, Undersecretary of Defense for Policy, and NASA Administrator Charles Bolden in addressing the organization.
